Located a short drive from the venue, we have a preferential rate available for anyone wishing to stay here, please let us know directly if you require this. We will also be putting on transport to the venue for guests staying at this accommodation.
The Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds Town Centre hotel is only a short distance from the venue by car or taxi, and a 10-minute walk to Bury St Edmunds train station.
Your presence at our wedding is enough! However, for friends and family who have been asking for gift ideas, we would be hugely grateful for any contributions towards our dream honeymoon.
Turning off at Junction 42, at the roundabout join the B1106 towards Fornham All Saints. When you reach the double roundabout take the first exit and the Three Kings pub will be on your left. Approximately 100 yards after the Three Kings pub, you will see signs to the guest entrance to Hengrave Hall via Mere Lane. Turn left onto Mere Lane and then take the first right (1) towards Hengrave Farm. Follow this road until you see the Hengrave Hall main entrance on your right.
Please reach us at lisabarlow@live.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 13:00, so we request guests please arrive by 12:30.
The wedding will finish at midnight, with last orders at 23:30.
Yes, there is ample parking available at the wedding venue, however cars cannot be kept at the venue overnight unless guests are staying on site after the wedding. All cars will then need to be off site by 11am on Sunday 29th June.
For guests staying at the All Saints Hotel, we have organised transport for when the wedding finishes, please see more information below. For anyone not staying on site at the venue or at The All Saints Hotel, we suggest you pre book a taxi.
A bus will collect any guests staying at the All Saints Hotel at 12:15 and take them to Hengrave Hall, so we suggest you head straight to the hotel and park there. It will then take guests back to the All Saints Hotel at midnight. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the bus.
The dress code is formal attire with groomsmen wearing black tie (tux). If you have a tux you'd like to wear, you are more than welcome to do so!
We don't have a set colour scheme for guests, however bridesmaids will be wearing a light dusky pink, therefore if ladies could please avoid wearing this shade as well as black or white dresses.
We want you to be present and enjoy the day with us, so children are not invited. We hope you will still be able to attend.
Our wedding is invitation only, so any plus ones will have been included on your invitation.
Yes, we will have a vegetarian option on the menu. Please include this in your RSVP if you require this.
Whilst there are rooms at the venue, these are limited and will only be available to family and the immediate wedding party.
